Problems & Challenges
Fitanx’s previous website lacked structure, interactivity, and modern design appeal. It didn’t effectively communicate the brand’s fitness philosophy or highlight membership benefits and training programs. The absence of a dedicated product section limited their ability to promote recovery tools like the Theragun Elite. Users also faced poor navigation, unresponsive layouts, and slow performance on mobile. Additionally, the old platform offered no way to integrate testimonials, trainers, or class schedules, making user engagement inconsistent and conversions low.
How we solved it
We began with competitor research to define how top-tier gyms and fitness brands structure user journeys. Through a UX-focused layout, we divided Fitanx’s platform into clear sections — Services, Products, Membership, and Community. The design team focused on a bold, energetic visual identity using motion effects, high-contrast visuals, and real gym imagery. Our developers built a responsive, SEO-optimized website with integrated membership forms, dynamic pricing plans, and an eCommerce-ready product showcase. Testimonials and event modules were added for credibility and retention.
